How to Make It

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a baking dish and arrange the sliced peaches at the bottom.

In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.

Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
