How to Make It

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

Add the cubed bread to the bowl and mix well.

In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet mixture over the bread and banana mixture, stirring gently to combine.
