How to Make It

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.

Spread the mixed berries in a greased baking dish.

Pour the egg mixture over the berries.

Bake for 30–35 minutes until the custard is set and slightly golden on top.

Let it cool slightly, then scoop it into bowls. The juicy berries burst with flavor, and the custard is soft and creamy. It’s great warm or chilled, and definitely a spoon dessert!
