How to Make It

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a round baking pan and arrange the peaches at the bottom.

In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Pour the batter over the peaches in the pan.

Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown.
