Pâtes bon marché à un pan Cuire

You know those nights when you’re just too tired to really cook? I had one of those last week. I opened the fridge, and all I saw were some sad veggies and half a block of cheese. I thought about ordering takeout but then remembered I had pasta. So, I thought, why not just throw everything into one pan and see what happens?

The first time I tried this, I forgot to add enough water and ended up with a pasta brick. But hey, that’s how you learn, right? The next round was a game-changer. A bit of water, a dash of seasoning, and it was the perfect cheesy, gooey comfort food I needed after a long day.

Ingredients

8 ounces of pasta (any shape)
