Poulet chié à un pan et biscuit de brocoli

Ever had one of those days where you just want to crawl into bed with a good book and forget about cooking? Yeah, me too. I remember one night I decided to whip up a quick dinner and ended up burning the garlic. It smelled terrible, and I had to toss it all out. But then I found this super easy cheesy chicken bake that saved the day!

Ingredients

1 pound of chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces.

2 cups of broccoli florets.

1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite).

1 can of cream of chicken soup.

1/2 cup of milk.

1 teaspoon of garlic powder.

Salt and pepper to taste.

How to Make It

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, broccoli, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Spread the mixture into a baking dish or pan.

Top with shredded cheese.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
