Poulet crémeux à un pot paresseux Alfredo

One night, I tried to make chicken Alfredo but ended up with a curdled mess. This one-pot version saves the day with zero fuss.

Ingredients

2 cups of uncooked pasta (like penne or fettuccine)

2 cups of chicken broth

1 cup of heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed

3 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

How to Make It

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.

Add the uncooked pasta and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, cover, and let simmer until pasta is cooked, about 12-15 minutes.

Stir in the cooked chicken and Parmesan cheese.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Spoon into bowls and enjoy straight from the pot for the ultimate comfort meal.
